2010 Hardball Holiday Clinic

The Auckland University Cricket Club is pleased to announce that we will be running a September school holiday hardball cricket programme.

With the season around the corner, this is a great school holiday experience for both new and experienced cricketers to get some pre-season practice and a chance to have a fun time, while developing their cricketing skills.

There will be one clinic, run by our own qualified cricket coaches, held over two consecutive mornings.    Whist it is a 2-morning programme, bookings can be requested for just one of the days but preference will be given to players registering for both days.  Spaces are limited so it might not be possible to accept single day bookings, which can only be confirmed just before the clinic starts.

The cost is $45 per day. 

The clinic will take place at the Howick Pakuranga Cricket Club Indoor Nets (access via the main entrance to Lloyd Elsmore Park on Cascades Road, Pakuranga) - so it is not weather dependant, though if it is fine we may move outside.

This clinic is on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th September, beginning at 9am and finishing at 12 noon.

It is open to boys and girls in Years 5 through 8, Girls U12 Hardball and Girls U14.

Each participant should bring their own cricket gear if they have it (particularly an abdominal protector) - however there will be Club gear available.  Please bring a water bottle, snack, hat and sunscreen.

Long track-pants and white-soled shoes should be worn.

To make a booking and payment, log in to our ClubHub system using the "member login" link above, then select "Tasks" and "Book a Coaching Course".  (Bookings can be made for daily attendance but priority will be given to two-day registrations if oversubscribed.)
