In the 2010-11 season, the Year 8 grade and the Year 9 &
10 grade (previously U15) will both run as two separate
half-season competitions. Therefore, players register
initially for the first-half of the season only. Those
who wish to continue playing for the Club in the
second-half of the season will need to pay an additional
subscription of $90 before the 2nd half
commences.

8. Rebates for teams in these grades will be available
once full team payment is received by the Club).
Limited
Senior
Playing
Membership
This Membership category is specifically designed for
players who can only play for the Senior teams in the
Club on an intermittent basis. It is particularly ideal
for
tertiary students who are studying outside of Auckland.
Limited Senior Members can play for the Club on a
maximum of 6 days per season.
Subscription: $90 per season for all Senior grades.
EDCA
Associate Membership
For students who are playing for their College and wish
to represent EDCA. (Note in order to be nominated by
the Club to trial for EDCA teams, players must be a
registered Member of a Club.)
This membership also allows players to fill in for a
Senior team when needed for a maximum of 6 playing days
per season.
Subscription: $75 per season.
Non-Playing Membership
Non-playing members have access to all club facilities
and will receive an invitation to all Club events.
The first-named parent or guardian of a Playing Member
in all the Junior and Youth grades, as recorded on the
Application for Membership, automatically becomes a
Non-playing Member of the Club and is entitled to vote
at any General Meeting of
the Club.
Subscription: NIL.
This membership is also open to any other person who
wants to stay in touch with the Club. Such Members
also have full voting rights at any General Meeting or
any Special General Meeting.
Subscription: $25 per season.
Life Membership
Life membership is bestowed on members who have made a
significant contribution to the Club either as a player
and/or through voluntary services.
Life members have full playing and voting rights.
Subscription: NIL
Resignation and Refund Policy
Resignations should be made in writing to the Secretary
of the Club. Prior to the first playing day of the
season, any
Member who resigns is entitled to receive a full refund
of subscription fees paid less an Administration Fee of
$20 to cover costs associated with enrolment which will
have been incurred by the Club. Once the playing season
has started, the amount of refund will be determined by
the AUCC Board of Management.
General
A surcharge of $20 will be made for enrolments in grades
Year 2 through U18 which are received after 19th
September 2010 (excludes Year 0/1 and Limited
Membership).
Subscriptions which are not paid by 30th
September 2010 will also attract a small surcharge to
cover the increase in GST.
The Club has a No pay, No play policy. Any
Playing Member who has outstanding subscription fees
payable will forfeit the right to play for any Club team
until full payment is received by the Club.
