January School Holiday Programme

Attention all AUCC GU11-13 and Year 2-7 Players and Parents

Auckland University Cricket Club will be running a January school holiday cricket programme.

We have scheduled holiday cricket clinics at Colin Maiden Park which will be run by our own Club Coaching Team. These will be a mix of cricket skills and drills, fun games, quizzes, etc. – the common themes are cricket and having fun.

The first week runs from:

  • Tuesday 15th Jan to Thursday 17th January 2019

The second week runs from:

  • Tuesday 22nd Jan to Thursday 24th January 2019

Junior Super 6's

We invite all junior members and parents to participate in our “Junior Super 6’s” fun day on Waitangi Day (6th February 2019). Save the date and please read below

This is a fundraising event for Indoor Training Facility which will be located where the current Gymnasium is next to the Clubrooms. For those who are not familiar with 6-a-side cricket, it is a fun, short and exciting modified form of the game.

Registration for the 2018-19 Season is still open .....

... but some junior grades have closed so that our Grade Convenors can assemble the players into teams. If you haven't registered yet but would like to play please register - you might be placed on a wait list and our Grade Convenors will do their absolute best to find a place in a team.  Details of the registration process can be seen by following the Membership>>How to Join button at the top of the screen and full details of the available grades are at Membership>>Grade Info.

2017-18 Members should re-register by following the "Login" button at the top of the left column (there is a handy link on the Login page: "I have forgotten my Username or Password") - please check your details carefully and update any which have changed.  New members should read the information at Membership>>How to Join.

NZ Cricket Helmet Policy

NZ Crcket has issued it's policy regarding wearing of helmets which can be seen here .  Note that this polciy will be compulsory for all cricket in New Zealand from the 2018-19 season.

There was a two-season period where members can wear either the new shirt or their current shirt - so the new shirt is now compulsory for the 2018-19 season.
